Supervise approximately 35 craftsmenPerform multiple daily walk downs of the buildings to identify workplace hazards and assist craftsmen in reviewing job hazard analysis and in making informed decisions to minimize hazards and risks as well as implement human performance practices Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrencesAssist with sampling for operations involving hexavalent chromium, nuisance dust, and styrene as well as noise levels.
