Teaches children ages 5-12 how to play numerous instruments including drums, bass, keys, and vocals. During these week long camps, I give students the opportunity to learn how to perform multiple songs on various instruments, along with incorporating basic music theory lessons. My goal overall is to inspire and encourage musicianship.

Guide incoming Freshman through welcome week activities and first year orientations

During my time working at Village Brewing Company, I started working as a hostess where I performed various tasks including: welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating with staff about available seating options, cleaning bathrooms, tables and host stand, answering calls and resolving guest complaints. After mastering the skill set of hosting, I was promoted to the head trainer of hosts. I embraced responsibility of making sure all incoming employees understand what it takes to appropriately communicate with customers and other staff members. After about 2 years of hosting I was then promoted to a serving position. As a server I learned to take customer orders while ensuring a positive experience for the guests, delivered food and beverages in a timely manner, made authentic menu recommendations, answered questions and shared additional information with restaurant patrons. In this role, I took on the responsibility of training new staff members how to appropriately interact with customers, understand the responsibilities of a server, learn the menu, including all of the beers, cocktails, and main menu items/allergens. I have also recently taken on the role as shift leader where I assist in managing the restaurant and oversee staff to assure customer satisfaction. Additionally, I stay until the last guest leaves to lock up the restaurant and check out servers and bartenders.

I babysit when needed by local families, with a varying schedule week to week. I have experience working with newborns-highschool ages. Tasks include drop off/pick up to & from school/camp, cooking meals, changing diapers and overall caretaking.
