As the Managing Director, Senior Manager, internally known as Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing ELEVEN Fleet Support Unit Five Officer In Charge, Mike Cassidy leads a diverse, cross-functional team of 50 military, government service, and contract personnel responsible for the global operation, training, maintenance, and support of military assets valued at $240M+ while administering an operating budget of $1.2M+. His duties also include the following,► Directed the successful operation and planning for the worldwide support of Advanced Airborne Sensor missions. His efforts resulted in over 8000 hours of crucial intelligence collection missions.► Leads of a multi-agency Cross Functional Tea, aligning all aspects of future policy, security, acquisitions, staffing, construction, training, engineering, procurement, and operations.► Special Access Program, Government Program Manager for all local areas commands (over 3000 personnel), he is responsible for organizational policies and procedures for physical and information security ensuring compliance with Navy and Department of Defense guiding documents.►Senior Program Manager. Oversees all unit program managers, to include crucial Training and Safety programs, ensuring all requirements are completed on time with zero discrepancies. ► Senior Project Manager. Simultaneously leads multiple project managers developing and executing vital projects such as the installation, acceptance, and use of key training systems, and the unit relocation to newly constructed facilities.
