CurrentMarketing:• Manage Google Ads and AdRoll, creating marketing content for banner ads and other advertisements for Managecast Services • Measure results with Google Analytics and other reporting tools• Generate case studies and success stories around our clients, as well as help, create and edit useful blog postings • Effectively execute marketing campaigns via email• Leverage social media accounts to create B2B relationships and to expand thought leadership around Managecast services• Track and follow up on leads and opportunities generated by marketing activities within CRM• Effectively articulate the features, competitive advantages, and applications of Managecast solutions and competitive positioningCustomer Sucess:• Work with Managecast customers to ensure they're receiving the tools and support needed to achieve their goals• Schedule and run quarterly or annual Customer Success Review meetings with clients• Assist with the onboarding of new customers • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs• Track contract renewal dates and assist customers in renewing their contacts
