DEVIATE is a luxury fashion brand designing eco-conscious products with a mission to uplift. DEVIATE’s State-funded workforce development programs drive economic mobility within underserved communities across metro-Detroit. Social sustainability is an important pillar of the brand, and community impact is incorporated into daily operations. We launched an Industry Club program in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Michigan that provides paid workforce development and educational programming to Detroit teens. The program has been in operation since 2020, and we are incredibly proud of its impact. We have shown during New York Fashion Week and have been featured in publications like the New York Times, Vogue, WWD, Business of Fashion, Allure, Harper's Bazaar, and more.Our all-female team is on a mission to chart our own course in the fashion industry through both innovative design and sustainable initiatives.

The Creative Talent Fund (CTF) was a 6-month program launched in partnership with the Michigan Economic Development Corp, luxury retailer Xhibition, and Ponyride. The program was designed to support and promote 5 Detroit-based creatives nationally. The program incorporated works of each artist into DEVIATE's New York Fashion Week exhibition in 2023 to provide further exposure for the artists. In addition to supporting local creative talents, the CTF also reached its goal of rewriting the narrative around Detroit by showcasing its creative talent on a national scale.

Ponyride is a non-profit fostering opportunities for socially conscious artists, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Since 2011, Ponyride has incubated 45 small businesses producing $20M+ in annual revenue and creating real full-time jobs for the Detroit ecosystem.

SPLT is an enterprise transportation management platform changing the way people meet and move worldwide, freeing up hours and cars from our daily commute. We partner with organizations (corporations, universities and municipalities) to develop customized carpooling programs, in a closed network, helping to promote green initiatives, attraction & retention of employees and inter-corporate networking. In partnership with Lyft, SPLT also provides hospitals and other healthcare providers with on-demand non-emergency medical transportation so patients never have to worry about their rides. SPLT is active in the USA, Europe and Latin America.
