I have many hats. Some of my duties include, but are not limited to: Provide outstanding customer service to all guests visiting Believe Bride. Assist guests an in a branded, friendly, proactive and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary. Build an extensive knowledge base of local area vendors for referrals and maintain a positive and professional relationship with all vendors. Provide support and assistance to the stylists as needed. Support all areas of the shop as needed. Support the marketing, operations and sales department with administrative tasks. Helps with steaming new gowns arriving in the shop. Help to keep the shop clean and organized.Maintains inventory and stock of supplies, brochures at all check out desks. Calls every bride visiting our shop with a pre-visit welcome call. Answer phones, emails and text messages. Collect content and assist with daily IG stories, as needed. Answering all social media communications. Engaging daily with our audiences on all platforms. Take and post “I said Yes” dress pictures on our IG stories. Assisting with instore pictures, video and content creations as needed. Manages our Believe Bride private FB page.
