My top Clifton Strength is Consistency. To me, this means that I create order and structure to feel successful. It also means that I fully commit to my work and stay driven throughout the process to do my best. I have found that I excel when creating things for and with others. Because of this, along with my creativity and logical thinking, I am pursuing a path in marketing. In past years as a barista, I have understood the value of creating connections and interpersonal skills within a fast-paced environment. I bring those skills forward to the present while creating marketing tools for different groups across campus or serving as a marketing intern for the Athletic Department. In my student career, I have participated in projects through varying areas on campus in order to brainstorm, develop, and implement ideas to create the most impactful results. I have been able to learn the process of design and creativity, as well as the more structured side of business and execution. Consistency remains in my present and future goals as I continue to work alongside such ideals and skills past graduation!
