Currently, I am working hard and living the dream as a seasonal Wildlife Care Associate with the Elephant team at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park! With experience in the education side of zoological facilities, I have learned to communicate conservation messages to the public, while my experiences in wildlife rehabilitation have given me the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills, from basic medical care, to hand-raising wildlife, to safely handling fractious animals. My particular passion is animal training, especially husbandry training and cooperative care.
