    In my role as Director of Outreach for Newman Connection. I am responsible for the High School Outreach program which connects Catholic high school graduates to their college campus ministry. I also serve on the Newman connection leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the organization. One of my key responsibilities is to identify and establish new partnerships with Archdiocese and Diocese across the country. This involves researching potential diocese, networking with key stakeholders, and presenting the benefits and impact of the High School Outreach program to these entities. Once partnerships are established, I work closely with the Diocesan Director in those areas to implement and promote the program within their diocese.Another area of my responsibilities is to work directly with Catholic High Schools to implement the High School Outreach program to ensure their graduates are connected with their college campus ministry.I also oversee a team of parish coordinators who work to implement the program within local parishes. I provide guidance, support, and training to these coordinators to ensure the program is successfully implemented and sustained. This includes facilitating regular communication, organizing training sessions, and addressing any challenges or concerns that may arise.Being a part of the Newman Connection leadership team, I actively participate in the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes of the organization. I attend regular leadership meetings, contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement, and collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful execution of our mission.Overall, my role as Director of Outreach for Newman Connection is focused on expanding the reach of the High School Outreach program, cultivating strong partnerships with Catholic institutions, and providing support and guidance to ensure the program's success on both high school and parish levels.
