An organisational development generalist, my experience spans from education, training and leadership program development to individual and group facilitation, therapy, support and case management. I am co-developer of the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health’s Deadly Choices Healthy Lifestyle Education Program and MomenTIM young men’s mental health program and am involved in ongoing quality improvement and content development. Leadership development and staff growth is something I am passionate about and work closely with my team in the writing of Emerging Leader programs, staff and management coaching and development and youth training and employment pathways. I have completed a Graduate Certificate in Social Change and Development with the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Human Services and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University in Australia.
