Establish metrics and tracking systems to gauge program effectiveness, analyze data, and drive continuous improvement.• Secured grants totaling over $1,000,000. Manage awarded grants, ensuring proper allocation of resources, adherence to funding guidelines, and timely reporting on project progress and outcomes.• Lead community and district cross-functional teams to assess DEI needs, establish priorities, and execute grassroots initiatives.• Design and deliver training programs on cultural competence, overcoming blind spots, fostering belonging, disciplinary management, and assessing equity within individual schools and throughout the district.• Assess school culture and climate by analyzing physical environments and conducting student interviews. Delivered formal reports, averaging 15 pages, to over 20 schools.
