• Business process analysis – Understand the local business process and data flow and gather issues and requirements to ensure successful implementation and utilization of global and regional applications.• Vendor Management - Follow the global and regional business process, SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and IT methodology and policies to manage our external IT vendors to provide the support of the daily operations of Fossil AU.• Be the link between Regional Operations / IT and the local office - Work with the local Finance / Operations Manager and MD on ensuring Fossil AU is working towards best practice in the IT space by being fully aware of all APAC/Global projects and prioritizing those most critical to the business.• Ensure compliance with APAC and global policies that support the efforts of other departments within Fossil AU• Be the local lead on the rollout of global and regional projects and assure their completion on time, according to budget and at the expected quality level• Work closely with the APAC IT team and local finance team to manage and control systems related budget / forecast for Fossil AU, and ensure that spending is within the budget• Hands-on assistance with the eCommerce team to manage 3TP Integrations and monitor system flows
