Responsible for Radian's Credit Union business segment within the western part of the US. My core role responsibility was to manage, maintain, and expand current credit union customer base as well as penetrate into strategic business development targets within 26 states.

• Manage relationships with large lenders, correspondent lenders, wholesale and retail mortgage lenders, and national investors in Orange County, Inland Empire, CA area.
• Qualify customer base and work to develop detailed outside sales call plans to cover all assigned accounts within my territory to maximize growth potential and work towards meeting Radian’s corporate targets and my.
• Train customers and provide in-depth knowledge on Radian mortgage insurance guidelines, operational procedures and technology.
• Conduct product and business delivery presentations and training to all levels of organizations including sales, operations, secondary marketing, and executive level.
• Work to be a Subject Matter Expert and apply industry knowledge to help identify customer needs and deliver the appropriate value propositions to help my customers with their own needs and goals.
