Key responsibilities include crisis response, administrative duties, resource referral, conflict resolution, community building, student support, programming, safety, and security.

Implemented functional near-infrared spectroscopy technology to profile candidates for auditory prosthetic devices. Using functional near-infrared spectroscopy data to compare the difficulty level of the AZBio test corpora on bilingual English-Spanish young adults with considerations to accent, dialect, fluency levels, and language interference. Dealing with troubleshooting functional near-infrared spectroscopy technology while executing approved research protocols, and analyzing data for assigned projects. This lab experiments with multiple biological signals to optimize methodologies used for functional near-infrared spectroscopy. Additionally, we foster a positive lab culture using open communication, and positive and constructive feedback to facilitate continuous learning.

Oversee and coordinate the lifeguard team, providing guidance, training, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.Serve as a point of contact for lifeguards, addressing concerns, providing support, and fostering a cohesive team environment. Maintain constant vigilance over pool areas, scanning for potential hazards, and taking proactive measures to prevent accidents.Enforce safety regulations, pool rules, and emergency procedures, intervening swiftly and decisively in case of emergencies. Lead emergency response efforts, coordinating rescue operations and administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
