Food and Meat Co-op is a local mobile farmer's market that expands to also uplift and bring awareness to other small businesses in the areas we work! As President & Co-Founder of this incredible Food and Meat Co-op, I am a Jackie of all trades by procuring food & meat producers direct relationships & the plan for expansion and growth for not only these small farms and producers, but for the benefit of consumers. I create collaborative, mutually beneficial relationships with not only farmers and producers, but with all services, products, small businesses and companies that could have and benefit to reach out highly engaged local customer base. We are currently primarily located in Utah and serve the Utah communities, but working towards expansion efforts with the same successful goal and mission that we have created in Utah. We believe that every person in Utah has place in our community that can help grow their reach, sales, service or products. This same effort can expand in other areas to be blessed with the same enriching opportunities for farmers, distributors, producers, service based businesses, local small businesses and consumers in any given area for a beautifully orchestrated local eco-system that uplifts the community through good food and services & strengthens the local economy. I am also responsible for the marketing, website, customer experience, online presence in our current and pending growth areas, staying on top of current market trends. I love what I do for the state of Utah from all sides (farmers and small business to the families that make Utah a wonderful place to live). It is a passion project that is successful due to the nature of helping the community at large! It also brings a peace of mind that not only can we help the local economy survive, but thrive and provide families the opportunity to access better food for better prices. I can't wait to share this amazing collaborative effort in other areas across our country!
