Recruitment and Mobilization3. Personnel approvals4. Labor man hour capture and processing for cost reporting, forecasting, invoicing, Control Package estimating including assignment expenses and other miscellaneous planned and ad hoc reporting requirements.These systems were transferred to the Fluor Farnborough office in 2016 for support and future development.I was then transferred to Tengiz construction group in 2017 to setup and support the progress and performance measurement system, MileMarker. The FGP project was split into 5 areas (projects) with MileMarker Coordinators and Technicians in every area. My role was the coordination of all areas and to do summarized reporting for FGP.
