I have dedicated my career to developing individuals, teams and organizations. I have built high-performing teams, and developed impactful and award-winning programs in the areas of employee engagement and culture, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, coaching, and diversity and inclusion. I have worked in a variety of industries which has given me the ability to solve problems in any environment, address challenges from multiple perspectives, balance multiple stakeholders, and develop a clear understanding of the everyday experiences employees and leaders face at work.My success has been built through relationships and connecting with others while maintaining a high amount of curiosity and lifelong learning. I am an avid reader and researcher, enabling me to connect people to ideas and information quickly. I am at my best when I am collaborating with others and coaching and/or facilitating.I have experience working directly with the C-Suite and am comfortable working with all levels in any organization. My current research is focused on the impact of middle managers, the pressures they face in today’s working environments and how executive leadership and culture impact their everyday experience.
