All you need to do is sign their timesheet, pay the invoice, and we'll handle the rest. Our company offers a unique approach. We provide the chef on a temporary basis for a minimum of one week, allowing you to get to know them and assess if they're a good fit for your business. If you're satisfied with the chef, we can then switch to a one time 12% fee for non - managerial chefs and 15% for chefs with management responsibility. This structure simplifies the hiring process, ensures the chef is the right fit for you.
