The RC2 Run/Walk is an annual race event held in the spring in Ripon, WI. Originally developed around a Mastery course taught at Ripon College, the community was engaged to participate in either the 5k, 10k or Half Marathon event. Proceeds got to support the local Kiwanis Chapter and their local charity efforts.

Primary responsibilities include:~Assisting various Wisconsin companies with analyzing their current Employee Benefit needs to include Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Vision, Dental, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and compliance with Affordable Care Act regulations~Thoroughly review client property and casualty insurance, identify areas where coverage needs increasing/decreasing and work together to create a culture of safety to reduce risk and insurance premium~Work with Account Manager to develop and deliver formal proposals including details of coverage, limits, deductible and other pertinent information so as to educate our clients as to their options~Develop and implement sales plan and action plans to maximize business growth

Primary responsibilities include:~Assist corporate, government and association clients in teh greater Madison, Wisconsin territory with the coordination of off-site meeting needs at Heidel House Resort to include room blocks, meeting space, A/V, recreation and travel and act as internal liason for said clients~Manage existing client base as well as generate new business throughout designated territory of Fox Valley and Northeast WI~Develop and implement sales plan and action plans to maximize business growth and revenue within territory and met established booking goals~Actively participate in MPI-WI and WSAE to best support its members and the resort
