Media relations, negotiations, and tracking.

Managed multiple projects simultaneously, aided in planning 12 large-scale scientific meetings for medical societies annually, coordinated multiple internal departments and external vendors, wrote project timelines, met daily deadlines, managed project invoicing, maintained client relationships through daily contact, oversaw publication production, extensive and daily use of databases including Microsoft Access and other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Developed and designed instructor led and online training courses for a large software implementation at a Fortune 500 company, developed data plans for use in training databases, worked on organizational alignment team, interacted with clients in a professional setting, gained a deeper understanding of merchandising systems and retail, extensive use of Microsoft Office, completed Professional Development Program including training in Java and HTML programming.
