Selected by owner to represent GritCycle to its growing community, manage and scale operations, and develop GritCycle into an industry-leading boutique fitness brand.• Grew revenue from $2 to $7 million, expanded footprint from 2 to 7 studios throughout Northern and Southern California, expanded workforce from 30 to +165 employees and managed brand voice and partnerships• Established partnerships with major brands and corporations including Disney, lululemon, ClassPass, Roth Capital, LSpace Swimwear, and conceptualized events and activations to satisfy goals of programs and participants• Overhauled marketing strategy to digital and social media focused, and launched Grit-branded merchandise• Synchronize P&L, financials, equipment and site leases, staff, training and administration of each studio opening• Evolved business model into aggressively negotiating acquisitions of failing fitness studios for pennies on the dollar, rebrand them, and relaunch them as GritCycle studios within 6 weeks• Negotiated and renegotiated equipment leases, and remodeled studio operations for absolute efficiency • Hired talent and managed human resources tightly, allowing fast studio openings and a highly trained staff qualified to represent the GritCycle brand to an expanding footprint of clientele• Led philanthropic activities, raising $2M for the John Wayne Cancer Foundation and other local organizations• Built out the Instructor Training Program, and created a new revenue stream ‘GritUniversity’ to train external fitness instructors in the GritCycle style• Pivoted business model to online due to COVID in one week, delivering a sustainable on-demand platform and allowing GritCycle to tap into a new pool of remote clients outside the studio and regional area

My philosophy on health and fitness is move more and eat quality food. I work with clients who want to make lifetime changes, they are not looking for a quick fix. My clients are women and teens ranging in age from 14-60 years old. I currently train private clients in the Orange County area. I also work with fitness professionals to help them create a global client base via social media.

Private sessions

SMARTY is a Community of women entrepreneurs that pay a yearly fee to attend our events. I launched the Orange County Community in 2009. I presented monthly events that ranged from interviews with industry leaders (Amy Cosper, Editor of Entrepreneur Magazine), to panel discussions and seminars. I teach Foundation Courses that help budding entrepreneurs take their ideas and turn them into solidly formed small businesses. I mentor in small groups and one on one. Social Media and word of mouth were my top two ways of growing this Community to what it is today.

The Nail Lounge is Orange County's only award winning nail salon. Focusing on cleanliness and safety, The Nail Lounge set the standard for nail salons in California. It is still operating today under all of the founding practices.
