Primary Duties HR/Recruiting/Payroll/Risk ▪ Assisted owners with Welfare Benefit plans and Risk Benefit plans renewals and audits ▪ Assisted with revision and implementation of all Company policies, HR procedures, payroll data procedures including coordinating all filing/audit requirements. ▪ Wrote all responses and represented the company on all unemployment claims, surveys, etc. ▪ Created and oversaw all leaves of absences including PTO, Comp time, and all other leave policies. ▪ Investigated all employee complaints and employee violation of policy incidents, reported findings, made recommendation to management for action and facilitated action. ▪ Advised management on all applicable state/federal laws and/or investigated laws as they applied to the company. ▪ Oversaw the creation and maintenance of the HR data information including compensation history. ▪ Developed, analyzed and reported benefit participation, turnover, and various other employee related data as required. ▪ Facilitated benefit, policy and program training for all levels of employees. ▪ Implemented and oversaw all annual review and financial review processes. ▪ Assisted in creation and/or adaptation of compensation programs. ▪ Provided customer service to all employees on policies, plans and other HR related issues. ▪ Processed payroll and administered all aspects of payroll related issues. Management ▪ Assisted with the management of the Warehouse and Outlet store staff and operations. ▪ Assisted with guiding direction with Showroom and Marketing staff. ▪ Hired and directed outside vendors/contractors. Warehouse, Fleet & Scheduling ▪ Maintained record of builder client stored furniture and staging and invoicing. ▪ Oversaw the maintenance, registration and state inspections of all company vehicles. ▪ 2016-2018 Oversaw the requests, installs, and scheduling for the deliver staff including communicating with clients and client invoicing.
