Represent and serve all hospitals in Washington State in advocacy, collaborative quality improvement, and collective action. Provide internal and external leadership for achieving the hospital association's mission and purpose.Work with the board of trustees and committees of the board to build and execute the association’s strategic plan.Work to create an engaged and empowered employee culture. Work with the broader membership for engagement in WSHA’s work and achievement of strategic goals.Build and sustains partnerships with other key organizations in Washington State and nationally.
