This position was responsible for providing executive support to the Chairman, CFO and Human Resources Business Partner. At Aegis Media my role assumed responsibility for all administrative functions associated with running the business including the provision of support to the Managing Director. As Team Leader at Run Property I was responsible for managing a team of 12 call center people (10 full time and 2 part time). This role also spread across all the NSW agencies where I indirectly managed the front of house for the other offices, implementing procedures and policies across the state. The role was also responsible for recruitment, performance.

At Status I worked across all aspects of the business from acting as a booking agent to filling in as a Sales Director. This was maternity leave contract initially assisting the Director then filling in for her while she was on leave.
