This position was responsible for providing executive support to the Chairman, CFO and Human Resources Business Partner. Some of the responsibilities included, management of HR filing systems, overseeing 457 visa applications, analysing payroll data, preparing budget packs, organising yearly conference, project managing office move and refurbishment, assisting with training and day to day Executive Assistant tasks.

At Aegis Media my role assumed responsibility for all administrative functions associated with running the business including the provision of support to the Managing Director. I chaired the Environmental committee, charity committee and was a member of the OH&S team. In this role I implemented the staff induction program along with writing all policies and procedures. I also wrote the staff handbook to coincide with the policies. Other responsibilities were training and development, recruitment and project management. In 2009 I projected managed a 4000 sqm office build and relocation (on time and on budget). One of my biggest achievements was gaining a 4 star green rating for the new office fit-out.

As Team Leader at Run Property I was responsible for managing a team of 12 call center people (10 full time and 2 part time). This role also spread across all the NSW agencies where I indirectly managed the front of house for the other offices, implementing procedures and policies across the state. The role was also responsible for recruitment, performance management, training and development.

At Status I worked across all aspects of the business from acting as a booking agent to filling in as a Sales Director. This was maternity leave contract initially assisting the Director then filling in for her while she was on leave.
