Cassie has worked in the health and wellbeing field for nearly two decades, melding her unique background in operations management with her passion for wellbeing. She has served as a director or higher level at a large medical system, benefit broker, health plan and corporate wellness vendor. Cassie has authored a #1 best selling book, Back to Balance, and speaks internationally on the topic of personal wellbeing, in addition to corporate employee wellbeing. She participated in extensive training programs, such as the University of Michigan Leadership in Operations program and the Detroit Medical Center Leadership Academy; she has received degrees or certificates in the following disciplines: Health Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition; Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance; Laughter Yoga Instructor; NLP Practitioner; the American Heart Association's Basic Life Support (BLS) Trainer Program; and Raw Food Teacher, Nutritionist and Chef.
