As a consultant at BRG, I provide comprehensive policy and communications support across a broad range of sectors. Specifically, my role to-date has involved:• Stakeholder Perception Audits: Conducting interviews to understand and analyse stakeholder views and concerns. • Policy analysis and Research: Engaging in in-depth policy analysis and research to support client objectives and inform strategic decisions. • Change Management Plans: Designing and executing change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and effective adoption of new processes and strategies. • Communications: Developing and implementing effective communications strategies to manage and mitigate risk.

At Cluey Learning, I shared my passion for STEM subjects with young learners while also refining my science communication skills. I was approved to teach both Primary and Secondary Mathematics (ages 7-18), as well as Chemistry and Biology to secondary school students (ages 12-18). My professional development in this role included training on teaching students with specific learning needs and conducting group sessions. Key responsibilities of the role included:• Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with students while actively engaging them in the learning process. • Recognising and adapting to a student's individual learning needs.• Provide comprehensive feedback to both the student and their caregivers after each session.
