The Alliance facilitates public-private partnerships, urban renewal, redevelopment programs, retail and job creation strategies, and tax increment financing and other public incentives.Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a non-profit corporation, staff, and its entities and overseeing public/private partnerships, economic development projects and real estate development projects that foster economic growth and vitality throughout OKC-Lead disposition strategies for over 200 parcels of vacant land and acquire key sites necessary to spur new development as well as redevelopment of Urban Renewal land into single-family or multi-family residential or commercial projects managing project scopes, schedules, data and budgets ensuring financial feasibility to stimulate economic growth and vitality throughout OKC-Collaborate with the City of Oklahoma City to effectively manage incentive tools such as Tax Increment Financing (TIF), GOLT Affordable Housing Funding, Strategic Investment Program and determine project eligibility and feasibility-Manage urban planning studies which involve extensive community engagement efforts and include specific strategies for inclusive growth and building wealth in underserved communities-Administer projects sourced with federal funding such as HUD CDBG and HOME dollars, EDA grants, etc. meeting program regulations, performance requirements and monitoring -Collaborate closely and effectively with city council members, staff, executive boards and commissions and partner organizations such as the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce, Downtown OKC Partnership, Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority, etc. Show less
