I am a problem solver at heart who has worked in the consulting industry for over 16 years. My focus has been primarily with CRM systems but my experience is also with other solutions that are in the BI, ETL, and BPM realm of offerings.My goal is to always understand a client's frustrations and issues while being able to recommend the correct solution that will give them the best answer to their problems. One of my biggest strengths is to be able to recognize the core problems that are plaguing an organization and what solution will best fit their needs. I also have an excellent ability to get up to speed on new software and gather an in-depth knowledge of it's strengths and weaknesses in order to better recommend an overall solution for a client.
