• Manage payroll for 12 dealerships and approximately 500 employees.• Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll and commissions totally more than $1.75M monthly.• Manage all garnishments for employees at my locations• Correspond with outside agencies for job verifications, child support, tax garnishments, social security, workers comp, and other like items for employees.• Input all new hires on the dealership level into the payroll system.• Assign employee numbers, ensure paperwork is filled out correctly,• Submit E-verify, benefit information, and notify management of new hires at their location.
