    As the Operations Team Lead for one of our largest accounts, I provide leadership for our team by overseeing day-to-day execution of our Meal Solutions sampling program at 125+ SuperTarget stores. This includes managing 120+ field associates' schedules, and collaborating with internal and external contacts to bring these events to life. In order to meet the demands of this high profile account, I relocated from our office headquarters in San Diego, CA to Minneapolis, MN in August 2016.I manage 100+ sampling events each week, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling, staffing, coaching, payroll, audits/billing, and post-event reporting analytics. I continually develop and analyze operational tasks that best fit the needs of the account to create the most efficient processes. In addition, it is my responsibility to ensure we maintain our budget by managing our costs, resources, and staff. I also manage the monthly billing process, which requires attention to detail and accuracy.A large part of my role as the Operations Account Manager is problem solving. As we face recruiting and staffing challenges regularly, I utilize strategic thinking to daw up solutions, and provide leadership and direction to my team. This requires extreme organization, patience, and the ability to multi-task. It is my goal to not only develop my own skills, but to also ensure my team has the tools and guidance to succeed as well.Notably, I pioneered a new scheduling process to organize our staffing and execution of events. I administered the weekly financial payment process for part-time employees by closing out events for payment, followed by developing post engagement reporting analytics to reinforce the overall value of services for client distribution.I solely managed this dedicated demo program within a high-end grocery retailer from start to finish by collaborating and building strong relationships with the client and my field staff through effective communication and partnership. The account was extremely successful in its first year exceeding budget with over a 99% execution rate and generating a profit in its very first year; something rarely seen in a grocery retail demo program. Although I never expected to be working in the grocery retail industry, I found a niche and have grown tremendously.
