I am currently a creative project manager and graphic designer for Norscot, a leader in licensed corporate identity programs. I have over 7 years of industry knowledge working with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office programs. In addition to software, I have familiarity with mail preparation using data merge and bulk mailing procedures with USPS Mail Preparer. I took the opportunity to get involved in project management to address a workflow process issue for the creative team, where I manage all incoming creative project requests, handle the details behind the scenes with printers, photographers, timelines, and budgets. I was able to streamline our team’s processes by integrating a project management software that has greatly improved project timelines and flexibility on large projects.
