We are a full service property management company servicing the management needs of hundreds of residential properties in the greater Houston and surrounding areas. Open and close office daily. Answer all calls, determine client need, then transfer to correct department, as needed. Collect and properly enter all rental payments; over $2 million annually. Maintain records and files according to office policy and state law. Coordinate the service department by receiving all tenant service requests via incoming phone calls, emails, or online service ticket. Assigning the appropriate vendor, dispatching the service request, and notifying all parties involved including the property owner. Determining what follow up or secondary work may be needed then gathering the necessary work estimates for the property owner's approval. Interview, hire, and maintain all service vendors per company policy. Collect and process all service invoices. Oversee the property owner's department as first and only point of contact; receiving and addressing all owner's inquiries and requests submitted via phone or email.
