✓ Represented CMN companies in the Innovation, Infrastructure, Security, and Human Rights committees of the Business Coordinating Council (CCE), where I advocated for positions and proposals for relevant legislation.✓ Coordinated the "Líderes en Movimiento" program in collaboration with El Colegio de México. This initiative addresses educational gaps among youth who work or are related to family members that collaborate in Council-affiliated companies. My leadership resulted in a 10% increase in enrollments, participation from 6 additional companies, the launch of an alumni program, and nationwide expansion.✓ Coordinated the monitoring of progress for civil society organizations partnered with CMN in areas such as SME development, labor inclusion, security and justice, and economic development think tanks.✓ Served as a liaison between 5 multidisciplinary civil society organizations and the Boston Consulting Group to develop a productive relaunch project for Acapulco. Contributed by analyzing data on established and potential industries in the region using government, private sector, and international organization databases, as well as artificial intelligence.✓ Standardized the reporting process for 5 civil society organizations and 14 projects supported by the Council.✓ Developed a proposal for SMART indicators to analyze the performance of the 14 projects supported by CMN.

✓ Responsible for attracting investments and promoting the internationalization of companies, in coordination with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).✓ Identification and procurement of vaccines against COVID-19 in Mexico.✓ Lead a multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing the Territorial Industrial Prospective Atlas, in coordination with UNIDO and UN-Habitat.✓ Lead the development of industrial transition and electromobility policies and coordinated triple helix initiatives. ✓ Represented the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs in priority and high-level projects and events.

>Liaison with the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs for operation oF the Institutional Strengthening, Training and Capacity Building program for the Global Directorate for Global Investment.> Supported the development and launch of the Prospective Territorial Industrial Atlas for Investment Attraction, in collaboration with UN Habitat and UNIDO.

Lead on the delivery of World Vision Australia's most complex institutionally funded program, valued at over AUD 35 million annually. > Coordination of the annual planning and reporting cycle for 29 projects in Africa, Asia, the Pacific, and the Middle-East as to meet the standards of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.> Development of disability-inclusive remote tools for capacity-building and monitoring in response to restrictions derived from COVID-19.> Coordination of World Vision Australia's engagement with DFAT in relation to ANCP policy, operational, planning and reporting requirements

>Conducted analysis on four alternative microfinance projects implemented in the Asia Pacific region and their impact on gender empowerment and economic welfare. >Wrote the report that compared the methodological framework, implementation processes, best practices, and effects of such programs on the communities where they were implemented, and included a section on new microfinance models that respond to the gaps in gender empowerment. >The results are included in Oxfam's "Better Microfinance for Women’s Empowerment in the Asia-Pacific: Policy Brief"

>Spent three weeks in a rural village near Siem Reap, in a team of four to assess and re-strategise the current impact model of the Cambodia Impact Trip, which takes place biannually.>Engaged with local community and different stakeholders through use of project planning tools such as PRA, interviews and meetings with NGO's operating in Cambodia.>Assessed and prepared a report on the feasibility and continuity of the project in regards to ethical engagement with children, participatory practices, community empowerment, as well as phasing out strategy.

> Analysis and production of documents regarding industry, economy and policy initiatives used by the Undersecretary in different types of fora, from everyday meetings to global events such as the World Economic Forum and the G-20 Summit. >Monitored the fulfillment of key performance indicators from 32 industrial agendas,>Implemented coordination schemes among the seven subordinate areas of the Undersecretariat that resulted in a substantial improvement in the quality of information used for the documents of the Undersecretary.>Proofread and edited the periodical reports that the area submitted to be included in the State of the Union of the Mexican Government. >Participated as part of the organizing committee of the Ministerial Meeting on Digital Economy, managing relations with the staff of the OECD and international governments. >Provided support to the Executive Assistant of the Undersecretary with administrative duties, such as email management, preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.

Joined as an intern and was rapidly offered a position in the area of Economic Promotion for the Asia-Pacific Region. I was eventually promoted to support the Executive Assistants of the Executive Director of the Agency and of the Director-General of Economic Promotion. > Produced the documents used by the executive leadership in events and meetings. > Supervision of the budget used for the coordination events and business missions coordinated by the Director-General of Economic Promotion.> Sorted and assigned incoming topics to each of the areas of the Agency and oversaw their appropriate follow-up.> Oversaw the implementation of a new filing system that reduced the number of pending topics to almost zero. > Assistance in organizing the meetings and official tours undertaken by the Director-General of Economic Promotion to different countries. > Analysis and promotion of trade and investment opportunities, identified by the Embassies and Consulates of Mexico, among business associations and chambers. > Served as a diplomatic liaison to foreign high ranking officials during events such as COP 16, the World Economic Forum on Latin America and the G-20 Meeting, among others.
