• Coordinate respite services for resource family approved homes• Match families with appropriate respite providers• Enter data into the respite database and other information systems, as needed• Process respite reimbursements forms and send to corresponding department

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests• Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts, manually or using computers• Review accounts and charges with guests during checkout process• Record guests comments or concerns and refer guests to managers as necessary• Clean and maintain lobby and common areas, such as restocking supplies
