-Recreated the Firm’s books for in-house bookkeeping, using QuickBooks software. Manage accounts payable (A/P) andaccounts receivable (A/R) as the only bookkeeper the law firm. -Match invoices to receipts and check all pricing.-Complete deposits and post cash to accounts. -Reconcile all accounts. Process month-end financial reporting. -Prepare reports for the tax accountant. -Update client case profiles in SalesForce. -Performed same duties in Spanish as needed.
