As a thought leader, innovator, and executive, I have a proven history of driving transformations in technology, product development, and services. Over my career, I have led the design and implementation of unique solutions that drive significant revenue. I have devoted my career to developing high-performing technical and engineering talent and building multiple successful multimillion-dollar organizations. A trusted advisor to executive leaders, I create and execute short- and long-term technology strategies that increase revenue and optimize performance. I currently serve as CIO of Riverbed Technology and a member of the executive leadership, where I define the technology strategy and fuel new product development for this privately held leader in enterprise SaaS for Unified Observability. In addition to leading a globally distributed team of 75 FTEs and maintaining accountability for tech spend across the company, I have reduced overall technology spend by 20% year over year (YoY). Previously, I was CIO and chief customer officer of Aternity, a carve-out from Riverbed, where I served as a member of the executive committee and aligned technologies to customers’ needs. Earlier in my career, I spent significant time at JP Morgan Chase (JPM), ultimately serving as managing director of corporate technology. Some of the significant recent achievements of my career include the following:● Served as a member of the executive team to deliver on the carve out of Aternity from Riverbed. Drove the IT strategy and implementation of all platforms for the new company. Led the customer-facing support organizations (PS, Customer Success, Support) to adopt new SaaS-oriented business models.● Led successful re-integration of Aternity into Riverbed as the CIO and member of the executive committee.
