You don’t need years of training to get started—you just need One Month.* Oversaw the acquisition of more than 200,000 paid users, increased site traffic by more than 260% over 10 months using only organic growth techniques, and published a bimonthly email newsletter with 50,000 subscribers that had a consistent open rate of more than 35%.* Employed a series of data analytics tools to monitor product health, including A/B testing (Unbounce, Optimizely), cohort retention (Mixpanel), first response time (ZenDesk), net promoter score (Promoter.io), daily active users (Intercom and Active Campaign), CRM and sales data (tools developed internal using Ruby on Rails), and a data cleaning toolkit (Segment.io).
