Currently, I am a paraprofessional at Cudahy Middle School. Previously, I was working at a treatment facility for troubled youth where I create and uphold a structured day. I have experience in high adrenaline situations while remaining calm such as riots and runaways. I was a campus fellow for Leaders Igniting Transformation (LIT) at the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point campus. On-campus, I was actively a part of the Latino Student Alliance as the President, Public Relations Officer, and general member. I was also part of Sigma Delta Rho (the only multicultural sorority on campus) as the Programs Coordinator, Alumnae Chair, and Recruitment specialist . I was a part of the Wisconsin Leadership Summit on a panel for talking about my experience of how youth leaders are continuing action into the next season of change. In the future, I am hoping to provide more safe spaces for Black and Brown students and to inspire first-generation Latinx youth.
