•Started a school wide business restoring car headlights and earning over $1900 in profit within 8 weeks by acquiring a bank loan, successful marketing campaigns, and a successful operations team.•Director of Finance in charge of all fiscal operations including budgeting, bookkeeping, and forecasting.

•Financial Secretary in charge of all fiscal operations for the Montevideo, Uruguay Mission office. •Organized weekly training meetings for 6-8 volunteers in the Montevideo, Uruguay Service Mission.•Worked with other service volunteers in establishing goals, writing reports on weekly service activities, and accomplishing mission goals in a timely and effective manner.
