During my time, I was able to approve the addition and recertification of 8-10 new suppliers or new sites (existing suppliers). As a result of the Process Verification and Special Process Audits, recommendations to supplier leadership yielded 10%-12% production/quality improvements that directly benefitted the supplier and Deere. ➢ Developed and led warranty improvement activities in collaboration with product support, engineering, and suppliers. Some of these achievements included 15%-20% product warranty improvement and 5%-10% product reliability/durability gains, yielding significant cost avoidance during the life of the final product and an increase in customer satisfaction. ➢ Led supplier activities related to issue resolution, supplier change/deviation requests, Cost Reduction Opportunity Proposal, and various continuous improvements projects. ➢ Led and collaborated on supplier development activities focused on manufacturing processes related to drivetrain components assemblies and electrical components manufacturing. - Lead Industrial Engineer for gold and commercial mowing equipment manufacturing factory.
