I have been committed to the field of education for more than fifteen years. I've spent the majority of my career as a classroom teacher at the elementary level. Although I have spent my days dedicated to the equitable learning and success of my students, I consider myself to be a reflective lifelong learner who is deeply committed to supporting my colleagues, students and their families. While I understand I may not have all the answers, I will always strive to find the solution that serves to benefit each stakeholder.It is my firm belief that the work we do in schools has a profound impact on student development, resilience, and, ultimately, their future success.As an administrator, my goal is to provide leadership that will foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning community that contributes to the academic achievement for all students.
