In this position I have a wide array of responsibilities spanning multiple departments and platforms. Mainly, I am tasked with handing MACD requests submitted by our customers. These can involve a plethora of things including configuring new locations and equipment all the way to granting/removing admin access. These tasks require me to have excellent communication skills to ensure the customer is properly taken care of. An example would be during orders I would be required to reach out to the customer and confirm exactly what they need as well as the correct shipping address. I also excelled in this position due to my outgoing personality which helped me address customer issues more quickly and to learn the processes faster than required of me.

Our main responsibility was assisting the patient with their needs, as well as making sure their individual cares get accomplished properly and on time throughout the night. This included answering call lights, assisting the nurses and doctors, being a liaison between the patient and family/doctors. Some other duties included controlling feeding tubes, assisting patients with ambulation, and gathering vital signs.
