- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.-Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.-Supervise and train technician.-Coordinate daily maintenance related activities to Technicians-Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.-Maintain all inventory and equipment data and ensure proper storage.-Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.-Conduct preventative maintenance work.-Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.-Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.-Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.-Coordinate effectively to contractors for any work-related concerns and schedules.-Monitoring and Reporting for DENR-EMB*Environmental Aspects and Impacts: Identify significant environmental aspects and impacts of operational activities and recommend possible mitigating measures.*Permitting and Registration: Attend to all permitting and registration requirements prior to the construction or operation of pollution sources and control facilities.*Quarterly Reports: Submit Self-Monitoring Reports (SMRs) and Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMRs) periodically.*Incident Reporting: Report any environmental incidents or exceedances in effluent and/or emission standards within a stipulated time frame.
