I’m a Mechanical Engineering student passionate about leveraging my skills in a full-time role focused on sustainability and innovation. During the past summer, I interned with SLB OneSubsea, where I gained a solid foundation in subsea engineering. The welcoming environment allowed me to learn from experienced engineers and further develop my skills. I have strong proficiency in software such as Inventor, SolidWorks, MATLAB, and AutoCAD.Currently, at the University of Houston, I have worked on several team projects that enhanced my skills in AutoCAD, MATLAB, and Arduino, and I earned my SolidWorks (CSWA) certification. Throughout my studies, I’ve completed various engineering projects, including a heat rejection simulator and a high-quality chorus guitar pedal.At the Honors College of Lone Star College-North Harris, I developed my research and presentation skills using JSTOR and Academic Search Complete. Here, I practiced my leadership skills by presenting various projects to academic scholars and professors, where I delved into the specifics of different topics. These semester-long projects confirmed my passion for exploration, discovery, and my willingness to share my experiences with others.Outside of college, I served as a lead waitress at wedding banquets with up to 350 guests.
