Deliver Change Management Training to teams up to 20 people and managing the conversion process on site. Working with Hotel Teams and Regional Specialists in both managed and franchise hotels.

• In charge of the daily operation for: Reception, Switchboard, Bellboys, Executive Lounge, Parking, Living Well Express Health Club and Security. Responsible for greeting and servicing VIP guests in a friendly a professional manner. Attend monthly department meetings and HOD meetings when required. Handle guest requests, concerns and complaints. Participate in the development and implementation of action plans to improve guest satisfaction. Part of the one to one feedback to the GSA.
