I’m graduated in Mechatronics Engineering, but I work with Information Technology since 2002, with solid experience in this area. In 2002 I was admitted to the Nestlé Company as a Support Analyst (ServiceDesk), providing technical support and maintenance of hardware and software. After four years with full knowledge in this position, I was promoted to Senior Business Analyst. In this position, I worked providing access to the SAP system and all activities related to SAP Security (Basis) and responding to internal and external audits, until 2011, when Customer Care area was incorporated into my department. Within Customer Care, I acquired a lot of knowledge on Best Practices and Management of Incidents / Requests / Problems / Change / SLA / KPI. In july/2012, I was promoted to Process Management Business Specialist and with the retirement of the manager, I took over the Role Coordinator and SAP Security area since March/2013. In September 2016, already in Portugal, I started the activities at ArtBor - Soluções para Bordados, where I perform activities related to the Engineering area: maintenance, installation and training related to laser cutting machines, digital printing (DTG) and industrial embroidery.
