Since I started working in IT I was intrigued by the fact that so many projects fail in delivering actual value to end-user and business. For that reason I have focused myself more and more on the human aspect of software development and especially the end-user.For the last eight years I have been designing the user experience for intranets, websites, applications and mobile solutions. Mostly in an agile (scrum) process. By gathering information on users and other stakeholders and rapid prototyping I helped the team to raise the amount of value delivered.
