Leads a team that consists of writers and editors at various levels. Responsible for hiring and training, staffing and setting up projects, documenting processes and procedures, tracking timelines, and facilitating collaboration between development, editorial, and production teams.

Managed all editorial tasks for K–2 National Edition product. Team developed 12 modules aligned with the NGSS over the course of 2 years. Responsibilities included managing other editors and performing final reviews to ensure quality.

Designed, wrote, and edited lessons, video scripts, assessment items, and other educational support materials for grades K–12 as well as some higher education health topics. Also outlined comprehensive courses, including determining scope and sequence from standards and filling out coverage gaps with new content.

Acted as Curriculum Expert for science team and Project Lead for math and science teams. Responsible for managing reports, determining timelines and tasks, communicating project priorities with offshore vendors and an internal team of 24 employees, ramping up and owning assigned projects from research to release, conducting quality control checks, and developing and conducting training sessions for offshore vendors and internal staff. Project work consisted of designing, writing, and editing K–12 science content aligned to both the NGSS and state-specific standards, including Florida and Texas.
