Detailed responsibilities:- Scheduling and timeline creation during scoping to ensure that key milestones are met- Generating project and internal documents including project tickets, estimates, SOWs, rate sheets, service agreements, trackers, post-mortems and client wikis and tutorials- Organizing sprints with development lead- Managing simultaneous projects and competing priorities, on average, 2 full site builds and 3-5 monthly retainer clients- Tracking project budgets ranging from small monthly site management contracts to full-scale marketing site builds- Creating tickets for all phases of project lifecycle- Solving problems proactively, including streamlining to reduce instances of duplicate work, anticipating blockers and planning for the unplannable with contingency-Jumping in whenever needed to prepare assets for client projects including supplemental UX/UI design, installing and configuring applications and plugins, optimizing image files and managing content population- Communicating project details regularly with all levels of relevant parties including business stakeholders, marketing and design teams, development lead, etc.- Quality assurance (QA) testing for multiple devices and browsers- Invoicing clients and following up on late payments- Maintaining a newsletter email list

At the time, Thomas Neal Studio, Inc. was a two-pronged organization. The primary business being Thomas' work and bookings as a photographer for e-commerce and editorial clients, in addition to a consistently growing digital EQ, photo and production equipment rental arm. Detailed responsibilities:- Handled photo shoot booking and gear rental inquiries- Ascertained photo team personnel needs for e-commerce and editorial shoots- Secured holds with techs & assistants, including back-ups for contingency- Created and maintained a detailed spreadsheet of holds and back-up holds for all confirmed and pending shoots- Covered a detailed checklist with clients and photographer to determine equipment needs to be communicated to the EQ Manager for packing- Arranged travel, lodging and transportation rentals for Photographer and team- Scheduled gear pick-ups and deliveries- Backed up shoot assets- Accounting for A/P and A/R- Invoiced clients including via client invoicing platforms such as Coupa

As a Dry Lay Artist I worked on massive scale Public Art Fund project with a team of self-directed independent contractors in decommissioned United Airlines Lounge at LaGuardia. The piece was a mosaic mural designed by Laura Owens and commissioned by LaGuardia Gateway Partners in partnership with Public Art Fund that covers a 26,000 sf wall at the new Terminal B HeadHouse.Detailed responsibilities:- Organized vinyl "map" print-outs of wall subsections- Matched subsection maps to appropriate tile layouts sent from tile vendor- Aligned tile layouts, straightened tiles, fixed incorrect tile placement and damaged tiles (135 colors) - Cut tile to spec onsite- Employed a sticker-based marking and repacking system to communicate order of install to installers- Catalogued all completed subsections- Resolved design issues caused by anti-aliasing in initial design file- Trained new dry lay team members- Adhered to safety guidelinesOrganizations & entities involved in the project:- Public Art Fund- LaGuardia Gateway Partners- BRB Ceramic Tile Marble and Stone- Fireclay Tile- Laura Owens
