CurrentPosition: PM Engineer/Supervisor (R&D Center)Description of Job Responsibilities :1. leading the progress control of the whole project, ensuring quality, quantity and timely completion of the project tasks, reporting and handling the abnormal situation in the R & D process; 2. Making the project development plan, confirming the starting point of project schedule; lead the team to achieve the development goals, have a strong sense of time for the phased goals, and can effectively promote the project process; Holding project kick off meeting, to ensure the whole team to complete the project on time effectively, also lead the feasibility evaluation of new projects in the factory; 3. Making demand analysis report and the PRD- product specifications according to the company's project requirements; 4. Following up design change and confirmation of new project; 5. Organizing the review of new project structure, issuing the review report, as well as the follow-up management of mold opening, mold repairing, mold status and product quality, also timely solving the problems. And coordinating the resources needed in the project development process; 6. Quantifying tasks, assigning tasks, supervising and guiding team members to complete work, tracking project progress, coordinating timely communication of cooperation among project team members; Maintain timely and effective communication with customers, internal development, quality, production and supply chain team; 7. Responsible for the project from NPI to MP phases , collecting and saving project documents in specified project folder; effectively follow up the transfer from project approval to mass production; Lead the shipment of samples and the acceptance and signing of golden sample for finished product. 8. Coordinating and communicating with relevant interface departments, organizing and assisting the Marketing Department in product release and promotion as well as new product promotion maintenance;
